There are two licenses obtainable in-game: The driver's license and medical license. Both allow for additional opportunities either in traversal or employment (and maybe both at the same time).

<h2>Driver's License</h2>
The driver's license is required to drive any motor vehicle. To acquire a driver's license you must visit [[Town Hall]] and speak with a [[Clerk]] to receive the license. A fee of $50 will apply and will be due upon receipt.

In order to receive a driver's license, you will need to be prepared to provide the following information (from your in-game character):
* Full Name
* Birth Date
* Sex
* Eye Color
* Hair Color
* Height (feet)
* Weight (pounds)

[[Clerk]]'s have the option of issuing either a Class A or Class E driver's license.

<h3>Class A Driver's License</h3>
This license allows for driving commercial tractor trailer motor vehicles.

<h3>Class E Driver's License</h3>
This license allows for driving passenger vehicles and two or three wheeled vehicles (e.g. motorcycles).

<h2>Medical License</h2>
A medical license is required to practice medicine in various forms of practice. Typically medical licenses are issued at the [[Hospital]] by the [[Medical Director]]. A $375 fee applies to have a medical license issued and may require background information (e.g. where you graduated and for what degree) alongside a brief test of knowledge, although these formalities may be dispensed with.
